Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. Deutsche Version (the German version is legally binding).

This policy covers the website littlegeckostudio.com and our games, currently Mochi Arrows for Android.

2. In short

3. The game Mochi Arrows

Data on your device

The game stores your progress (solved levels, stars, coins, boosters), your settings (such as language, sound and dark mode) and a play log used to tune difficulty, only in your device's local storage. This data is never sent to us or anyone else. You can delete it at any time with “Delete progress” in the settings or by uninstalling the app.

Sharing and clipboard

When you share a result or a Rush code, a short text is copied to your device's clipboard, only when you tap the button. We do not receive it.

Downloading from Google Play

The app is distributed through Google Play. When you download or update it, Google processes data (for example your Google account, device data and payment data if applicable) under its own responsibility, see Google's Privacy Policy. Through the Google Play Console, Google gives us aggregated, non-personal statistics such as install numbers, ratings and crash rates. We cannot identify individual people from these.

Beta test

While Mochi Arrows is in a closed test, you can volunteer as a tester. Joining the Google Group and taking part in the test through Google Play are handled by Google under its own responsibility, see Google's Privacy Policy. In the process we can see the email address of your Google account and use it only to manage the test (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use it until the test ends or until you leave the group, whichever comes first.

Children

Because the game collects no personal data, no data from children is processed either.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, which also provides the domain and network. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf, including to protect against attacks, and deletes it after a short time. Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

To understand how many people visit our pages, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no profiles. It collects aggregated data only: page visited, referring page, browser and device type, approximate country and load times. Individual visitors are not recognised. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly visitor statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The provider is Cloudflare, Inc. (see hosting).

Contacting us by email

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it once it is resolved, unless legal retention periods apply. Emails to our address are forwarded to our inbox via Cloudflare Email Routing.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Just email us at the address above.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

6. Changes

If we extend the game, for example with ads, in-app purchases or online features, we will update this policy beforehand.
